I want edto create drama with my eyes. I felt like I needed it...and its a fab find. I bought this eyeliner last January. I was so happy to share it with my officemates a while ago during our siesta..hehe they also loved it. Liquid eyeliners failed me, but this one is the best, it lasts and easy to apply..
